- Damaged or Faulty Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, please initiate a return.
2. Incorrect Products Delivered: If you receive an item that does not match your order, you may request a return.
Return Requirements
- Parcel Opening Video: To be eligible for a return, customers must provide a clear 360° unboxing video of the parcel being opened, showing any damage or incorrect items received.
- Contact Us Within 48 Hours:** You must contact our customer support via email at hijabaan@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
- Post the Return Within 2 Days: Once your return request is approved, you must ship the product back to us within 2 days of receiving it.
Refund & Return Shipping
- Shipping Costs: Please note that postage charges for returning items will not be refunded. Only the original amount paid for the returned item(s) will be refunded upon receiving and inspecting the product.
- Refund Process:Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify the condition, we will process your refund for the original amount paid for the item(s) only.
